what is lionstar spray technology?....

Pressing down on the Actuator allows the product to come out through the valve.

Dip tube reaches down to bottom of container to carry product to valve.

Contents are a combination of ingredients and propellant specially formulated to form the product's specific job.

Curved bottom allows the dip tube to reach and use virtually all the product.

Since the 1940's - the basic operation of an aerosol can has remained predominantly the same. The control of the spray has been reliant mainly on the chemistry, valve and nozzle. Lionstar have approached the development with the concept of splitting the cap and thereby having a large area to manipulate the spray.

These successes have led to the combining of expansion chambers, swirl chambers, throttles, multiple holes and shaped holes have allowed Lionstar technicians to control spray and manipulate it to meet exacting customer and environmental requirements.

With many environmental issues pending such as, VOC (Volatile Organic Compound) reductions, inhaleable particles, and even the reduction of post-spraying, the Lionstar technology is ideally suited to addressing these issues. In a number of areas significant cost savings have been demonstrated.
