Q.How do Lionstar pump dispensers vary from traditional dispensers?

A.Traditional dispensers are comprised of a number of components, at Lionstar we have successfully reduced that down to one bi-injection Moulded component. The performance is superior to most products currently available in the market, due to its ability to prevent dribbling, hardening in the channels and post foaming.

Q. Why is the dispenser easier to activate?

A. The Dispenser is easier to activate due to the absence of friction between components and comes complete with pre-compression, an air release and can be used through 360 degrees.
This product has a spray version that is also made to match the current performance of trigger sprayers. The upper part is soft touch and to operate the pump you simply depress the flexible dome.
The top is soft touch and fully recyclable.

A. The key advantage is the major reduction in cost to manufacture, coupled to its clean aesthetic looks. However, the technology can be incorporated into a wide variety of designs. The simplicity of the design/manufacture will undoubtedly open new product opportunities.
