Lionstarcorp in building upon the successes of its licensed Lotion Dispenser and licensed Fine Mist pump decided to develop a new Trigger Sprayer. The primary aim was to develop aerosol equivalent quality spray for a Trigger Sprayer. The problem faced by the technical team was that to utilise Lionstar patented spray features in a currently available Trigger Sprayer made the overall package uneconomical. So to over come this a completely new Trigger was designed.

Current Triggers have between 7 to 12 components dependant on complexity and product usage. The Lionstar trigger has been designed so that it can be manufactured in either two or three pieces, dependant upon requirements. The net result is not only does the Lionstar trigger look good but its performance and cost outstrips Triggers currently on the market as of todays date.

Also available is the new Lionstar Dual Trigger Sprayer which will allow two products to be dispensed at the same time from the same bottle. Both liquids can have separate doseing values. Once again this product comprises only three pieces so is extremely price attractive.
